Bear Hunts: 100% success rate.
Our bear hunts are again fly-in to Bennett Lake or Three Lakes camp. The hunts will be from stands over a bait station. We will have various bait sites to choose from and will be able to advise you as to the activity. We will have one guide per two hunters so we have based our rates on a minimum of two per hunt. The bears out here have very little contact with humans so generally are not shy. This behavior changes quickly if you have hunted them previously.
We generally set you up in the stand early in the morning for a few hours then again in the evening till just after dark. When not hunting, most take the opportunity to do some high quality fishing. 2024 was the first year that any bear hunting was be done, prior to our operation it has never been actively hunted for bear in many years.
Bear populations appear to be good having sighted numerous bears last year. Blond and Burgundy bears have also been seen. Large bears are sure to be present since they haven't been hunted before in this area. Come out and be some of the first hunters into this untouched resource.
A one week trip to Bennett Lake is 3800 CAD per person based on a minimum of two hunters. Price includes air fare from our float base, guide, boat, motor and cabin. You bring hunting gear, sleeping bag, food and rain gear. You have your own cabin to sleep and eat in with house keeping your responsibility.
